I absolutely loved the air-conditioned apartment at Flat31 in Athens. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The living room was spacious and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine was a great bonus, allowing me to prepare my own meals. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary toiletries. the apartment had a warm and welcoming vibe that made my stay enjoyable.
I personally didn't like that the apartment didn't have a washing machine. But hey, that's just my preference.

Spacious and Comfortable: The air-conditioned apartment consisted of a living room and a bedroom. It felt like having my own little cozy apartment in the heart of Athens.
Limited Air Conditioning: It'd be great to have a fan or ceiling fan in the bedroom as the air conditioning was only available in the living room.

had an amazing romantic weekend in Athens, and our stay at Flat31 exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the owner was attentive and responsive to our needs. We loved the bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival!

Great location in the heart of the city. Close to transportation and within walking distance to major attractions. the lock box for key collection was convenient, especially since we arrived late at night.
We had to figure out how to operate the hot water, TV, and washing machine ourselves, which took up a lot of time. there was no clear place to dispose of trash nearby.

We had a great stay at Flat31. the location is superb, situated in a quiet neighborhood near cafes and restaurants. It is well connected to the city center and the airport, making it easy to explore Athens. the apartment itself is simple but has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the large balcony was a bonus, providing a nice outdoor space.
We would definitely recommend Flat31 for a enjoyable stay in Athens. Cons: No complaints 😊.

I keep coming back for a reason. At my first stay, the staff found my lost bracelet. Flat31 suits me with free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. It's perfect for my romantic escapes. No regrets.

The location of Flat31 was perfect, with easy access to cafes, shops, and the main square. We enjoyed exploring the area and had a great time trying out different local eateries. The apartment itself was a good size and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning which was a lifesaver during the hot weather. The balcony was a nice bonus, although we couldn't use it much due to the heat. The host was very responsive and provided helpful instructions for our stay. Despite a few minor issues, like a difficult lockbox and a bit of trouble finding the apartment at night, we still loved our stay at Flat31. I would definitely recommend this place for its excellent location and comfortable amenities.

the flat was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. the bedding was fantastic and there were plenty of extras provided. the water pressure in the shower was fabulous and the balcony was peaceful with a nice breeze. As a single woman, I felt very safe and secure in this area and flat. If I make it back to Greece, I will definitely try to rent this cute flat again!
